At Raj Balloon Decor, we strive to deliver your celebration essentials quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India. Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and pin codes served by our courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

Note: Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation SMS/email once your order is dispatched

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Balloon combo kits are packed in secure boxes to ensure items reach you in perfect condition.

7. Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply in such cases.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and update you within 2 business days.
