2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule

To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is 100% mandatory for all exchange requests. This means:

• Start recording before opening the parcel
• Video must clearly show the parcel seal, damage, and product
• Video must be sent on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery

3. Exchange NOT Applicable In These Cases

• ❌ No unboxing video provided
• ❌ Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
• ❌ Change of mind or wrong order placed by customer
• ❌ Product already used or assembled
• ❌ Items without original packaging
• ❌ Minor color variation due to screen display

4. How To Claim Your Exchange — Simple Steps

1. Record unboxing video before opening the parcel — must show parcel seal and damage clearly.

3. Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms eligibility.
4. Return pickup arranged — we guide you through the process at no extra cost.
